Built in 1760, the Loring-Greenough House was home to a Loyalist naval officer’s family, a headquarters and hospital for Colonial troops during the siege of Boston, “homestead” to the D.S. Greenough family and meeting place for the Jamaica Plain Tuesday Club. The Loring-Greenough House is furnished in antiques of the various periods of its long history, which special collections, portraits and community memorabilia.
